We have three Upper Making Units near Chennai, catering to our demands for upper exports and our lasting division. We strongly believe that constant improvement in production methods and quality is the only way to maintain a competitive edge.
We make use of proven scientific tools like SATRA SUMM for our leather cutting floor and SATRA Timeline for our closing lines.
We do import knowledge in the form of European shoe making consultants, whose technical knowhow and vast knowledge in controlling shoe making process has helped us set up our facilities to make quality leather shoes. Our top management believes in advancing and upgrading our machinery thus equipping all our units with modernized machines. We even have our own automatic sewing machine division and pallet making facility in our arsenal. Our upper making units are capable of making between 5500 and 6500 pairs of uppers per day.
